Biona peanut butter is made using carefully selected nuts, which are freshly roasted in small batches just before milling. Enjoy our peanut butter as a bread spread, to add flavour to vegetable dishes or to make a spicy peanut sauce. We do not use additives such as palm fat or emulsifiers. Se présente sous la forme d'un agglomérat caoutchouteux baignant dans un bain huileux et à part mettre tout dans un mixeur pour bien mélanger et casser cet aspect caoutchouc je ne vois pas d'autre solution et encore ne suis pas certaine du résultat

Flavour and smoothness
I was brought up on natural only peanut butter but and have tried them all but this is my favourite in terms of consistency and flavour. Only need to mix it up well on first use to re combine the oil - if that's what puts you off 'natural peanut only' peanut butter.
