Everything Phyllis has told you is correct. We do have a lifetime warranty, but the warranty is not unconditional. We need to see the item to determine if it is covered under "defects in materials or workmanship" and to assure the customer does actually have OUR product. There are many knock off copies of our product out there. Our wheels have never deteriorated, but copies do. Our warranty requires that the item be return to us so that we can decide to repair or replace. For obvious reasons, we can't simply send out free replacements without ever seeing the item just based on an email or phone call.
