Good Product

Product is good in itself and should be must for every household. However, delivery was a big issue. Initially on delivery day, only 2 of the 6 balls were delivered. Later after few days, remaining package was delivered. It created a hassle. One of the 6 balls was delivered damaged. After all the experience, question arises if one should buy from this company or go for others which are available at around half its price.

At the outset , it is a one time solution for all types of fire but it is to be seen for the sound it makes when coming in contact with fire and collateral affected places where it is placed.

Useful

A safety device which does not have a manufacturing date on the product nor does it have the manufacturing address of the company printed on the product or its box whereas it has so many other information printed on it(pics enclosed from each angle of the ball and the box)This invokes a sense of duplicacy or un genuineness of the product.Also recieved one ball that was leaking, complaint of which was resolved by Amazon service immediately.

It is a good product and it should be there in all households
