Slope is a desktop mount for iPads and other (10 inch) tablets with a beautiful, minimal design, a unique attachment system and quality build. It anchors firmly to the tabletop getting your tablet upright and out in front of you at just the right angle and lift. Function. Think Gecko. A very unique suction technology drives Slope’s function. It mimics the specialized toe pads common to the Gecko lizard called Nanofoam. Slope has two nanofoam pads affixed to its aluminum base across two flat surfaces, one gripping the backside of the tablet, the other gripping the surface of the table underneath with just-right friction coming and going. (Something only otherwise accomplished with screws and clamps). The pads are comprised of a special make of foam that are extremely effective, durable and replaceable. The experience of its hold and grip strength go against everything we know and expect with the associated materials. Its unfamiliar feel surprises and entertains. It feels like it’s doing something it shouldn’t be able to do. Form. Slope is made from aerospace grade aluminum. Its minimal form is shaped via precision CNC machining, its beauty by way of its finish — hand buffed, glass bead blasted, hard anodized and sealed. It has a machined elevated surface on its front face wrapped with a beautiful beveled edge and a taper along its base. Personal note. My name is Erik Kittlaus. I am the inventor of Slope here to offer Slope direct to you, the consumer. I care a lot about this product and that your experience is all it should be. I will see to it personally that your questions and concerns are met with care and that we put a rightful smile. Thanks for your time and consideration.

Great Device!
Been looking for a simple product like this for some time, but many other solutions are bulky. I love the streamlined profile of this stand. The finish is top notch, it matches my ipad exactly. What really impresses me is the holding power of the suction grip. I had been skeptical but this thing just doesn't slip! Also nice is the stand's gripping action so it stays firmly anchored to your desktop. A beautiful product. Highly recommended!

Excellent stand! A damp cloth cleans the microbial suction cups right up when it stops adhering as well.

The Best!!
When I bought my iPad Air I searched for a good looking stand. Just a stand, nothing more. Could not find anything. Then one day I opened up the Chicago Tribune and found an article on the Slope. I contacted the seller and bought one immediately! His by line was...Steve Jobs didn't design it....it just looks like he did. I have since bought two more for framily and friends. No disappointments here!

these stands are the best! Love the sleek contemporary design
I have purchased a lot of these stands for large consumer events where we use iPads throughout the event experience . . . these stands are the best! Love the sleek contemporary design. It's the perfect look for my clients who have high-end luxury brands. And the sticky stuff stays sticky event after event after event. I highly recommend these stands.

Both form and function exceeded expectations
I ran a Google search for "best + iPad + stand" and came across reviews for this stand that is receiving a lot of attention - Slope. They were complimentary and it looked cool so I bought one. Low and behold it works. Both form and function exceeded expectations and it now sits next to my laptop as a second screen. I was skeptical I might find the limitation of its fixed angle annoying, but nope, it's perfectly to my liking. The other thing I really like is how lean and attractive it is. It's so Apple it hurts. Bravo!

EXTREMELY disappointed
EXTREMELY disappointed in this, second day of use and the iPad just fell off the stand, slid off the table and cracked the screen. After watching the videos on the website for Dekke, and reading all the reviews we were extremely excited to get this for our design studios iPad.Set it up immediately and attached the iPad, which take some pressure and isn't as "easy adhering" as the video and imagery suggests. First day it all seemed good, clients looked at it and were impressed (we load our client previews on the iPad to display as we have a meeting) everyone commented on it and how cool it looked etc.Minimal physical interaction with the iPad, nearing the end of day two in the studio we here a weird noise and look over. There it is the iPad on the ground, it slid off the stand and had enough momentum that it dropped off our coffee table, landing on the ground with a giant crack on it.I highly recommend looking for another stand, we have a new iPad with a cracked screen and a useless stand.
