How is the bench meant to be adjusted? Is the bolt with the handle supposed to come all the way out of the leg to adjust? Directions? Manual?

You can adjust the height by adjusting the 4 position bolt lock at the bottom to ensure a comfortable height for playing your instrument.

What are the heights it can be adjusted to?

There are 4 height adjustments. I am using next to the highest and it is at 16". So my guess without taking it apart is 14 - 17".

how high this can go?

The height of this keyboard bench can be adjustable between 17.1"/43.4cm-19.7"/50cm.

What is the lowest height position for this bench? Can someone post the heights for all 4 positions as well? Thank you in advance.

The lowest height position is 16 inches, the highest is about 20 and a half inch but little unstable because the base becomes to narrow.
