Entenmann's Soft'ees Plain Family Pack Donuts 17 Oz 2 Packs

I'm giving this 4 stars because the donuts came on time, I got both boxes (unlike some other reviewers, apparently), and they tasted great. Then again, I was just eating them myself, so I didn't care that about half of them were broken up (see picture). None of the pieces were smaller than a normal bite size of a donut, so it's not like you're shoveling crumbs into your mouth, but if you're thinking about feeding these to guests or anyone you want to impress, I'd pass.

My donuts came in crumbs ... I don’t know what monkey packed my donuts but they’re crumbs ... did not even open them because they’re crumbs ...pieces no donut holes just pieces ... I cannot find these donuts where I live so I am sad that I finally found them and they come like this crumbs pieces...

I have ordered this twice. The first time the order arrived in good shape and the donuts were moist and tasty. I only received one package when the listing states you get two but I chalked it up to my mistake and didn't pursue it. The second order arrived with every donut reduced to crumbs and again there was only 1 instead of 2 boxes as listed.

Luckily my wife likes to break up the donuts and dunk them in her coffee, as when they arrived they were "pre-broken". The last we'd seen before delivery was that the product was in Philadelphia, PA. There must have been a lot of turbulence over Kansas or somewhere else between Philadelphia and Santa Rosas, CA.

I love these plain donuts.....but I think the two boxes I received were not as fresh as from the store.

The expiration date was a week away. They were in broken pieces except for 4 donuts in each box out of 12. I ordered 2 boxes. I froze one box, but they tasted "oily" so I wouldn't recommend it. My parents love the plain, but I'll stick to the variety pack so they can at least have 3 whole, fresh plain donuts.

1st order was perfect. 2nd order received mixed donut not my order of plain. Was offered a refund, but I wanted the correct donuts. 😣

Some of the donuts were broken apart.Disappointed.
