Razer sharp edges
The product is good but the edges are razer sharp my hand got cut during washing. This should have been considered in a upmarket product.

Delivery on time, seems to be a good product. I have used it only once so far and it looks good in terms of performance

Good filter for 4-5 cups of coffee
Bought it for home use to make 3-4 cups of coffee.It's comparative large than the other filter I have. Upper chamber has about ~400 ml capacity (390 ml to be exact). And lower ones also same, so you can brew enough coffee for 4-5 cups in one go.Steel quality is good and holes are small enough to hold coffee enough for right brew. Howeever if you fill upper chamber for 3-4 cups, lid will not close with handle of pressing disk obstructing it. But that is minor issue, in otherwise good filter
