Magic Supply House Mystic Smoke - Trick

When I was a kid, I got some of this stuff from the Johnson Smith Catalog. Trying it out again brought back some fond memories. It's just like it was back then!This stuff is very viscous and sticky. When a small amount is placed between the fingers, touching the fingers and then separating them causes some very find threads to form. Under the right lighting conditions, these threads look a lot like small puffs of smoke. As the threads float away, they don't dissipate as smoke would, which is one reason that proper lighting is important to the illusion. Note that this product contains latex. I don't know if the threads could be an irritant to folks who have a latex allergy, but it's something to keep in mind.

Absolutely awful this product must have been old! Took forever to puncture a hole big enough to squeeze out of tube!! And then did nothing no smoke just needing to wash it off waste of money!!!

It's a okay product. It can produce a lot of silk-like things, better illusion outdoor. It is not that perfect: the smell is bad, like when you are mixing all the plastic and rubber together and melt them, and it is also really hard to wash off your fingers. I'll give you a hint, when you are washing it, wipe your finger hard with a wet towel or a baby wipe, then wash with HOT water.

I love using this and having kids try it!! So much fun. I have found it especially beneficial for child therapy sessions.
