I've been using the Bob and Brad Q2 Mini Massage Gun since July 2024, and overall, I've been extremely pleased with it. The battery life is impressive and lasts much longer than I expected between charges. Its compact size makes it easy to take anywhere, whether traveling, keeping it in a backpack, or simply storing it at home. Despite its small size, it delivers plenty of power for relieving muscle soreness and tension. The unit also proved to be quite durable. After nearly two years of regular use, it continued to perform well. The only issue I experienced was a charging problem when the USB-C connector stopped seating properly in the charging port. What really impressed me was the customer service. I contacted Bob and Brad support, explained the issue, and provided a short video along with the information they requested. They reviewed everything and, within the same day, arranged for a replacement to be shipped. They were professional, courteous, and efficient throughout the process. In a time when many companies make warranty claims difficult or frustrating, Bob and Brad stood behind their product and treated me with respect. That kind of support builds customer loyalty. I would not hesitate to purchase from Bob and Brad again, and I can confidently recommend both their products and their customer service. Highly recommended. ★★★★★

Don’t let the size fool you! I looked at all of them before deciding on this one and I am so glad that I did. It works beautifully, it’ is powerful and mine has held a charge way longer than I expected it to. I waited for awhile to write a review because sometimes opinions change but I am loving it more and more. Honestly you cannot go wrong with this little mighty massager!

Love this massage gun! We use it almost every day. It's "gentler" than some of the bigger jack hammer massage guns and easy to take on road trips. Very effective on thighs, calves and hip tightness after 400 miles of sitting. **BOB & BRAD CUSTOMER SERVICE** The gun quit working (no light and wouldn't turn on) I emailed customer service and received an instant response from a real person. Followed the trouble shooting instructions, sent a video and have replacement device on the way!

I waited a while to review this massager because I wanted to put it through the ultimate test ... time and frquent heavy usage. Month's later it's still like new. I've had numerous spine surgeries due to military injuries. I've had plenty of massagers but this one is by far the best. One of the best features is that it's lightweight, small in size, yet tough as nails. My wife has to operate it as I can't reach my backside (but who can?) where I need it the most. She's wonderful for helping me deal with the long term pain that I endure and, because of its weight and size, it doesn’t fatigue her hand. The frequencies are very effective and bring a lasting relief. It’s a top choice for anyone needing the best at a very reasonable price.

I use this many times a week. I have had it long enough now to feel I can give a good review. It only has one negative that I have found and that is the very short handle. I have a lot of issues with my shoulder blade due to carpel tunnel. It is difficult to hold it and reach very fight towards my back. If I really want to do a good job where I feel the pain I need to have my husband assist me. If you have a partner or helper around then it is a fabulous product. Battery is outstanding, and lots of options, even heat and cool. Since I'm prone to migraines using the cold option without massage on my forehead has been beneficial as well.

I love this mini massage gun. I love its size, its maneuverability, the way it fits in your hand, its adjustable power, its incredible rechargeable battery life, its FULL tool kit. Love it all! However...for whatever reason, when I recently went to pack it to bring on a trip, I noticed it was dead, and thought perhaps the battery needed recharging. Even after charging overnight, I couldn't get it to work. I had only owned it for about 9 months at this point - still under warranty. So I figured I'd try the typical gauntlet of getting the warranty honored. You know the fight: Trip you up for some nuance that makes it your fault, or struggle to get a hard-to-find "return authorization number", or go though the effort of a lengthly return and inspection on the item, just to hear some nuance / excuse that makes it your fault, or pressure to upgrade / pay $ to get your warranty claims addressed. But my experience with the Bob and Brad customer support was amazing! I wrote them a note about 3am yesterday about my problem, received a nice response from customer support about 10:30 am yesterday with advice on attempting to recharge the massager (proper cords and amperage), along with a request for a video of what I was experiencing. I tried the charging operation one more time (no help) and sent them the requested video about 4pm yesterday. I got a response from them at about 11pm yesterday, saying they had reviewed my video, and had approved AND SENT a replacement of my massager. Note that yesterday was a Saturday, not a regular work day. So imagine my surprise when I received a package today (Sunday) in the early afternoon with the replacement massager. Wow and Double Wow! That's customer service (thanks Ava!)! Oh, and did I mention that the mini massage gun is wonderful?

First off, I've given this experience five stars but have not given the massager itself any ratings. Let me explain. After enduring days of left quad pain, I came across a Bob and Brad YouTube video on the subject. B & B advocate the use of a massager in the healing process, and I really liked their Q2 Mini Massage pocket-sized gun they were demonstrating. I ordered one. When I received it, I was immediately impressed with its compact yet very sturdy case into which the beautifully-constructed gun and attachment heads fit neatly. I set it up to charge the battery. Sadly, the green light--indicating charging had begun--kept going out. I ordered a replacement. When this arrived I found that this massager also didn't want to charge. At this point I was ready to return both massage guns and get a refund but decided to first reach out to the manufacturer to get some feedback. Maybe I was doing something wrong. Immediately the customer service representative jumped into helping me. Thinking the problem might lie in my adapter, they sent me (free of charge) a new charge cord and adapter. No go. Maybe others would have given up. But by now I was so impressed with how responsive and determined their customer service representative was to help me, I wasn't ready to throw in the towel. And there was otherwise too much quality in evidence in this massager (not to speak of its excellent reviews) for these to be anything but fluke-ish happenings. I'd been flirting with the idea of getting the larger of the massage guns--the C2 model--but balked at the heftier price. When I shared this with the representative, I was offered either a discount on one of these models OR a replacement + discount off the price of the original pocket-sized gun--the Q2. I decided to go with the larger gun. Long story short -----> the C2 model arrived yesterday and charged beautifully. Even though this larger model has a really great silicone handle, I'd been concerned that it might prove a bit unwieldy for me. Instead, it's very light-feeling and agile; for something with such a powerful motor, it's easy to handle. I tried a couple of the heads and especially liked the air cushion attachment. (I applied the massager to my lower left back and it felt wonderful! ) I've rated the experience five stars but none for the original Q2 pocket-sized mini massager as I wasn't able to put it to use. I'm 100% glad that I hung in there. As was offered, I've been refunded 30% of the larger massager--the C2--price. Looking back, I feel so lucky to have happened on a customer service representative who not only empathized with what I was experiencing but set about making things right for me in the end. Me and my quad are most grateful!

Great little massage gun. Small and light enough to enough to pack with lots of useful accessories. The hard shell case is ideal. Comes with a cable. We charged it up on receipt and husband and I haveused it regularly now for about 3 weeks (due to sports muscle strains) and it's still going strong. Perfect for what we needed it for. I've never felt the need to use it at more than the low 3 setting.

This was a replacement for a broken Renpho and so far it's great. Much quieter then anticipated, still very powerful, and the smaller size is covenient.
