Bland.
This was just insipid. Tasted of very little and smelled of even less. Phô broth should be about smell as much as taste! No amount of dressing it up helped. Won’t be finishing the jar. The Nem Viet kit has a sachet to make pho broth and it is so far above and beyond this one it’s hard to even put into words.
