Q: Is there something on the bottom of this or does it just sit in the toilet bowl in the water?

It is open in the bottom. It usually sits above the water line. It does not impede the flushing action at all. Thanks for the great question.

Q: Would you be able to make an extra large one as a custom order?

Unfortunately no. We decided to no longer carry the extra large due to a variety of factors. Increased cost, lack of demand & dramatically increased shipping costs. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thanks.

Q: Does this product come in large or extra large

The Standard Urifunnel (formerly known as the Medium is 28” tall before placed in the toilet. Once inserted it typically sits above the water line & is now 40” tall. It would require a lot of effort to urinate higher than that. That is why we have only two sizes, the Standard which is 28” tall & the Junior which sits 24” tall & when the Junior is inserted into the toilet it is 36” tall. Thanks

Q: Can the small urifunnel fit a bedside commode?

A bedside commode model is one of the choices. I have it to fit in our toilet which has a bidet seat, and it fits very nicely. A bidet seat shortens the circumference of the regular toilet bowl and it is then very much like the circumference of a bedside commode. If you have further questions, measure the circumference of the bedside commode bowl and call the Urifunnel company. They are helpful and responsive.
