Wish I'd gone to the trouble of buying and fitting these years ago. The standard plastic toothed things supplied by the shop for our big corner sofa have never held the three pieces together reliably. When I finally managed to break one of them, I decided to see if there was anything better.These are so much better once fitted. It's a bit of a physical chore to turn your sofa upside down and fit these, but trust me, it's a once only task and you won't regret it. The metal jaws and pegs engage perfectly and the sofa components stay locked rigidly together.Recommended these to a friend of mine for the sofa in his conservatory as he had similar problems with parts detaching. Worked a treat for him too.

They are very sturdy and work perfectly the only disadvantage was that I couldn't put them on myself. To protect your furniture you need to get someone that knows what their doing. I am totally satisfied

I have only ever had the plastic ones previously and after a review of amazon reviews I decided to give the metal ones a try. I have a modular sofa and for some reason 2 of the chairs just kept coming apart and I tried to live with it for months and months and just got more and more annoyed..... then one day I saw the metal versions of the plastic clips. These are far superior and the sofa has NOT come apart once!I cannot recommend this product enough I am really impressed with quality they seem well made and really strong. They are spring loaded as well as metal versus their plastic counterpart which is just a toothed plastic clip.If your furniture is coming part/wont stay together the look no further this is product that actually works.
