Good for authentic Indian cooking
If you enjoy spicy hot Indian curry dishes, Aromatica Organics is a good starting point for perfect curry stews. Using different thickeners like flour, arrow root, corn starch, etc, you can fine-tune the consistency of the rue to your liking.You may have to add salt, sugar, maybe even more heat to balance out the flavor, but this is an excellent base to start with.

Loved this Curry Powder
My favorite use is to lightly saute shrimp in coconut oil and sprinkle curry powder on both sides as they cook. Used a lot on that dish so immediately ordered more.
