I'm an engineer. This product is unsafe! The buttons which allow height adjustment of the legs do NOT securely hold them at a fixed height. They can suddenly slip and cause injury to your loved one. I purchased this bench because of it's size and my small bathroom & tub. Even though the outside leg is not quite snug up to the tub as shown in the pic (which depends on tub width), I'm still very happy with the product. It has maximum seat area that extends almost up to the tiled wall, very good drainage (don't need a shower curtain unless your shower head sprays hard), and is very stable. If a person needs to push their body up with their arms, I'd recommend a tub mount safety grip placed near it. The item's handle is good sized but if too much force is placed on it the unit will jiggle. I decided to not use the bottle cup or shower head holder so those holes will give extra drainage. Overall, I'm very happy with it!
