Great customer service by seller
Ours leaked despite following the exact instructions. The seller did a FABULOUS job of replacing our item though and the new one (wood interior) works great!

everything looks good
I haven't used it yet, it's curing now, but everything appears to be in good condition. The mate is a little bigger than i expected. Also it came in 2 days, which was a very pleasant surprise because i only paid for standard 3-5 day shipping. Can't wait to use it!
