Chocoholic Heaven?
This book arrived promptly as a gift for my wife (not that I have any ulterior motives). Melanie Dupuis' lovely book looks to cover the basics with a comprehensive glossary and plenty of recipes and illustrations. I'm not much of a cook (unlike my wife) but I'm very tempted to have a go and see what I can create. Much to look forward to and well worth the money.

Excellent instructions and lots of pictures
The books in this series do a great job of explaining each step with plenty of pictures along the way. They break complex recipes into easy to repeat parts and do an excellent job presenting the information.
