Didn't come with any instructions or connectors for the cheap test equipment, and the crimper failed to crimp the same wire of the 8 wires in the CAT5e connector each time I tried (three times). I then bought a $30 Klein Tools crimper from a national hardware supply chain and it worked perfectly each time. I also bought a $30 Sperry ethernet/coax tracer and test kit from the same chain and it worked great. I returned this Rhino Wrench package to Amazon for a full refund. I ended up paying double what I intended, but you get what you pay for, and cheap equipment that doesn't work is a waste of time. And my project cost me as much or less than having a professional do it, and I learned how to do one more thing myself, as a bonus. (YouTube is a great DIY resource!)

The crimp tool is great. It's not quite as high quality as the professional brands, but it's great quality for a fraction of the price. It's worked perfectly the few times I've needed it.The line tester is about the same. It's not as great as some more expensive ones I've used in the past, but for the price, it's a handy little tool that has actually helped me figure out some wiring issues a couple of times.All around, I'm happy with both of them for the occasional use I need from them.

So far I have made many Ethernet Cat5e cables with this tool and luckily they have all tested 'A' OK with the tester. It strips well (have to be careful) and crimps well. I recommend this as an economical compromise to the really expensive ones when you're looking to save a few bucks. Well made and if one is careful and you take your time with the process, a bit, these tools are great for the money.

Might be the best crimper I've ever owned. Strips off the outer jacket nicely, has a cutting blade, and crimp RJ-45s effortlessly and completely every time. Such an improvement over some of the crimpers I used in years past that didn't always push the pins in all the way!
