i like the fact that you can customize your own mic settings and the sound quality is premium good for fps games. I really recommend this gaming headsets

I genuinely like almost everything about this product as well as the brand. But one issue is the battery life is inconsistent, plus it's not like any of the other Logitech wireless peripherals. With the mouse and keyboard for example, if you don't use them for a bit they turn off, then when it senses a slight touch it instantly turns back on. With the headset it doesn't do that, you will have to manually turn it off or else it will drain the battery, I'm pretty sure in a headset that costs 150$ they can add a sensor for this.

Build Quality - 8.5/10. Feels & looks like a high-end headset. Comfortability - 8/10. When I first bought the headset, it felt uncomfortable but after a week or so wearing it in, I would wear it for hours. Sound Quality - 9/10. Great sound quality. You can customize the sound quality using the Logitech GHUB application. Very good in gaming especially when you need to hear footsteps. Mic Quality - 5/10. Mic quality isn't very great overall.. Although using the GHUB application I was able to adjust the quality so it's fine. Noise cancellation is good if you just play around with the settings. I'd maybe give it a 6.5/10 since there's downloadable presets and they help quite well. Earpiece Quality - 8/10. In the box, there is an extra earpiece in memory foam. I recommend to use that instead since it gives a way more comfortable experience. Battery Life - 6/10. Battery life is OK. Sometimes, it goes from 100% to 80% in just 3-5 minutes. But, however, I have not encountered the headset from losing battery. The best part though, is the charging, it charges pretty fast maybe in just 5 minutes it charges at least 10-15%. Overall Quality - It's a great headset and all.. But the price seems to be unreasonable. First, the mic quality. If the price is so high, why provide with a bad quality mic?. And lastly, the battery life. I expected great battery life but it's just okay to last maybe half of the day using it all the time.

AFTER 1 YEAR AND A HALF OF USE: First of all, the build, sound, and microphone quality are all decent, however the headset clamps way to hard on the ears making them incredibly uncomfortable to wear for more than 2 hours. Then the worst part - the headset suddenly stopped working while I was just sitting at my desk. The USB dongle stopped working and no longer connects to any device, and there is no fix for it. My product was under warranty, however Logitech conveniently does not accept to make returns to products not purchased from their websites, so now I'm dead in the water. AED600 lost in a second, without even touching them.

Bought it from “Komal Shopping Center” on 13/May/2024 , the seals were already broken on the box, the outside box also seemed beaten up. The headset it self had apparent look of usage already, and the cotton earmuffs looked dirty, so I kept on the leather ones. I didn’t return it because I needed a headset at the time. I am posting this review at 29/Nov/2025, and so far I have not had issues with it. The only reason I gave this lower stars review is because the listing did not say “Renewed” or “Used-like new” or anything to indicate that it was a used product. Now, going into the technical side.. the sound is fine, I had to tinker a bit with the levels of the sounds in the Logitech hub software to tune it to my liking, but after some updates it removed the tuning that I did, but I got used to it and I think it sound fine now. In the beginning, when gaming sometimes the sounds that are in front would seem like they were from the back, it just needs some time to get used to, not a big issue though.

Franchement casque super ! La qualité du son est incroyable, les basses sont propres et le son est bien précis en jeu, surtout pour les FPS. Le micro est aussi très clair avec Blue VO!CE, on m’entend parfaitement en vocal. La batterie tient vraiment longtemps, aucun souci pour plusieurs grosses sessions gaming. Petit point négatif : il est un peu lourd sur de longues sessions, on le sent après plusieurs heures. Mais sinon la qualité globale est top, très satisfait de mon achat 👍
