No doubt the best
Create product and easy to set-up. Happy to see we live in a safe environment. It’s pricy Burj worth it. Doesn’t cool much though just some fresh air flow.

Excellent Air Purifier - I'm sleeping again!
Quiet, efficient, smart, unobtrusive and so so helpful to clean Dubai's dirty air. I'm sleeping well again after having a blocked nose for months due to the poor quality of Dubai air. I'm so grateful to have found this product which my ENT specialist recommended to me :-) :-) :-)

The air purifier did help in better quality air but not so much in the dust quality as my sleeping cough has still not ended

Not effective
We purchased it in May 2020 and we've been using it since then ; we purchased it because my husband have allergic to cats and dust ; unfortunately there is no difference on the air quality regardless we turned it or off ; always showing color green and air quality is good but my husband still sneezing and not able to breath ; so honestly there is no difference , nothing changed since we bought it and sometimes we forget to turn it on and do not even notice , , we are so much disappointed but we do not understand why , how it can be very expensive with zero benefit!!! :(

Not Recommended
Overpriced and not effective as it is described. It’s ALWAYS showing the air quality is good (Green color). I even tried it in the kitchen and used it while we were cooking and it’s still showing Air Quality is perfect.

Very large, but a fantastic product
Dyson has created a very good app, which controls all functions of the fan, as well as displays the air quality measures. The fan itself is very large, so it wouldn't suit a smaller room, but that said it is very quiet.

Register for warranty issue
Hi, I have received my the new fan. But when I tried to register for warranty online, it prompted the serial number already registered. Pls advise on how to register the product for warranty?Thanks.

Nice product with a few things to improve
Pros -1. Great performance2. Can be used as a fan as wellCons-1. Little noisy with increased fan speed2. Bad design when you need to move it from one place to other. Could have had wheels which could have made it easier

Good Quality as expected, but not powerful enough for large rooms
Typical Dyson quality product. The app is ok but needs more features. But the power of the fan is not for large rooms. Probably good for small apartments.
