Brush melted after two uses with hair dryer!
Product is not safe and not as advertised, *DO NOT BUY*This product is advertised to be used with a hairdryer but melted after second use. This causes melted plastic to get stuck in my hair and plastic fumes to be emitted. It is not safe for use.I have tried to send the item back but as it was a gift it was not used until after the return window closed.

The metal part heats up and the plastic melts so it falls apart and now I have to discard this brush after 5-10 uses. My previous hairbrush was a grocery store brand and lasted 12 years (I’m not exaggerating).

Waiting for refund and collection
I have major concerns that this product is not authentic. waiting for refund and someone to pick it up. Update: It is now the 3rd January and I have had no refund and no-one has picked the product up. Neither have I been contacted.
