exactly what i wanted. bright colors and not as heavy and itchy as i expected (as compared to other mexican blankets i have gotten). jftr, i would not call this "heavy" but since i really don't have a comparison, i can't argue with the sellers description. i am probably going to order a few more.

Love the colors and the size

Beautiful blanket! It's huge! I was not expecting it to be this big. It's a beautiful reminder of being back home. I was given the green patterned one which works beautifully :) wish I had purchased more than one!

The description, "Heavy Authentic Throw" is very deceiving. The blanket is very small and very thin. It also smelled of moth balls.

They are very colorful, I am happy with that. However, I did not pay attention to the size. I was expecting a small blanket, since the description says 'blanket.' The description says measurements are 26 x 60 (not blanket size, but I missed that detail). I ordered five - they are all 24 x 51. I planned to use them for tablecloths for a mexican themed dinner. Because of the size they only worked as table runners.

We purchased these to use a decorative throws at the foot of bunk beds in the grandkids room. They're a great size for this and the quality is nice. Our only complaint is that we got three of the same colors and one is different...we were hoping for all of the same or two of each or all different. The option to select the colors would be nice.

Cons:This is not a blanket, at most a table runner or a chair throw.It's also not what one would consider heavy either... it's lightweight fabric.The measurements are off by almost 10 inches total.Pros:The colors are beautiful and authentic.

About the size of a bath towel. Used for a project I made. For my needs it was perfect. For a blanket or anything else...ehhh. maye for a coffee table. Like I said...about the size of a towel
