Got a swollen lip 3 hours after taking one pill. I mistakenly took 1 pill instead of 2 and 3 hours later, my mouth is itching and lips are swollen. I am a very allergy resistant person and for this to have given me an allergy is something scary. Stay away people. I cannot even return this and get a refund.

These are good b complex vitamins, also they make your pee really yellow but it is normal. Taking the b complex vitamins, I started feeling way better with my mental health and constant fatique.

I love this supplement. I have been using it for years and I honestly can’t imagine trying to function and get through a day without it. I am 65 with some health problems, but I am active thanks to this and the same brand women’s multi. I absolutely can’t tell a difference if I miss these vitamins. They help keep the pep in my step and they have greatly supported my very heavy gardening from late winter through late fall. I love these, couldn’t live without them and definitely recommend them.
