Is there a set list of songs anywhere for this package?

It is mostly just music. I was a bit disappointed in that because the classes I went to had current music while we did it which really helps keep the energy up.

Do you use a fitness ball with this video?

I have used it but it’s lower than I prefer so now I use the upside down trash can it’s noisy

I had a hip replaced. no more crazy jumping/running like jillean etc. i walk, do pushups but i need cardio that keeps me on the floor! is this me?

There is twisting to the left then twist to the right kind of moves in some of it, but I think you could probably handle it. You definitely don't need to do the jumping. I was able to do this workout with a back injury. It helped my recovery. It feels like an easy workout, but you get sweaty. I don't know much about hip replacement, you do need to be able to bend some in the workout, if you can do that you'll be fine.
