Has anyone had the problem of the liquid loosing color, tubes gunking up, or build up at all? And would you recommend this coolant?

We're the manufacturer. With our products (tubing, cold plates, radiators, reservoirs) and no other coolant additives, we've not seen those types of issues with our blue LIQ-702BU-B coolant. We can't speak for products of other brands because we don't test them.

Can you add distilled water to fill up a loop if one bottle is not enough?

You could. You could run the whole loop on distilled water alone. But mixing it with the coolant will dilute whatever anticorrosion and anti microbial benefits the additives grant, and possibly lighten the color if it's a lot of added water. Other than that, I don't think there's any major negatives.

is it alright to mix metals with this

You might want to clarify your question. If you mean to mix metals as some kind of additive or coloring, I have no idea. If you mean use a copper water block and a steel radiator, then yes. My setup uses a copper water block, a steel radiator, and metal connectors (which I believe are also steel). I've had no problems other than a minor leak of the tubing at the connectors and this is my second container of coolant in almost a decade. My system is a water cooled Xbox 360.

Can this be diluted with water to make it more clear ( i plan to use this with a alpha cool helex and from the photos i see it becomes very opaqe?

Water can't be added, because it negatively affects the corrosion and biological protection. Instead, it can be mixed with clear LIQ-702CL-B coolant to maintain the proper additive ratios. (Do not mix with LIQ-705, which is a different coolant.)
