It holds a surprising amount of mugs without taking up counter space, and the top shelf is perfect for little plants, syrups, or decorative signs. The only danger? Realizing you suddenly need to buy more cute mugs to fill all 12 hooks. ☕😂 Overall, a really nice-looking organizer that makes your kitchen look way more put together with minimal effort.

Easy to assemble and had extra screws if needed. I did not use the anchor screws and just put straight in drywall. Decent wood finish.

Love the look of this product and it was easy to assemble. HOWEVER, the anchor kit that was provided did not have a flared base for installation to prevent being pushed in. The recommended drill size was accurate but when we went to actually insert the screw to the anchor, it got pushed further into the wall. We had to use our own anchor kit and screws to hang up.

This looks great in my kitchen. It's well put together and saves a lot of space on my countertop. It's not too heavy but it is sturdy. The color is t h and smooth and it even came with the hardware needed.

This holds 12 heavy ceramic mugs perfectly and I put a plant on the top shelf. The item itself is lightweight. It came with what I needed to secure it correctly with hardware and easily to sheetrock. It looks great, gives me more storage and I did it all by myself!

Sturdy build and holds a a lot of mugs. Top shelf is a little small so not much you can fit up there other than coffee/tea bags. Easy to hang.

Very sturdy. Attractive. Easy assembly. Very satisfied. Money well spent. Freed up another cupboard in my small kitchen. If your studs are 16" center, you can catch them as the center line of the rails is 15". But, in my case it put the shelf off center on the small wall, and the anchors they provide state they are solid wall anchors not drywall. I was surprised they didn't include 2 drywall anchors as they are very cheap. I had some in hand. It took 10 minutes to assemble. They provide the hex wrench fire the fasteners. The 2 holes that require wood screws are predrilled making the entire assembly simple/foolproof. The wood is real wood. Worth the money.

First time they sent was broken piece. Second time they sent replacement changing the colour on their own. Now amazon is not collecting to replace though it sent message to replace. Dont buy anything from this vendor.looks good item substandard

No big issues with this little unit. Only issue is that the hooks to hang the cups are already attached and are a little too close together so have to be careful what cups get hung on there otherwise they don't fit. Love the little shelf on the top. Would recommend.

Once we received the package, which had no delivery notification, my fiancé went to go assemble it and immediately the wood split right at a screw point. I put in a refund request with the seller, contacted them twice. Request was granted but heard absolutely nothing from the seller regarding our refund. We sent the package back on Feb 20th and still nothing. Absolutely abysmal customer service.
