Insan Radish Yeot Paste is made by selecting only radishes exposed to frost and putting them in a large steel caldron together with other ingredients such as ginger, garlic, etc., and then boiling them over a fire of pine wood for a long time. Malt is added to them to make yeot. They are boiled down again and chilled. It takes about 48 hours to make Insan Radish Yeot and it is made by hand only.
