Just Perfect
Purchased this bed in the queen size for my 12 year old son. It took about one hour to put together. All the parts were present. One wing nut & bolt had fallen off the frame but I found them in the bottom of the box. This bed will unassemble & fold down easy if you ever need to move it. Purchased a new mattress for the platform bed. It does sift a little on the frame but no big deal. My son loves it & so do I.

Very Pleased with this Frame
This bed frame is the Bomb!I have had a Queen-sized Ikea bed frame, but have downsized my living quarters and so bought this double bed frame. I love the modern look. The silver metal look, I like - though it does come in black, if one prefers that look. It comes in quite a small box, about 65 pounds or so. I could drag it in from the garage where it was delivered and get it to my bedroom. I put it together myself (I am 66, overweight, and awaiting knee replacement surgery, so not exactly an athlete). I found it very logical and easy to put together. The instructions are very straight-forward and intelligible. The only tool required was a good sized Phillips head screw driver. I think altogether it might have taken me half an hour to 40 minutes to put together, but that was more about my condition. A healthy young lad/lassie, would probably have it together in 15-20 minutes. It is very sturdy (description says it can hold up to 2300 lbs, though Dear God, I hope I never need that capacity...LOL). It is perfectly stable. I have a memory foam mattress upon it, 12" thick. It makes nary a squeaking sound with turning over. I am very pleased.

that cheap piece of crap frame the dealer threw in for buying a memory ...
My husband and I are not huge people, but I do have to tell you, that cheap piece of crap frame the dealer threw in for buying a memory foam mattress(terrible idea) from him lasted about 6 months. It managed to break in a way that I when we lay side by side, my side was at least 3 inches lower than his. It was almost like being on a trundle bed.Just like Scarlet O'Hara, I swore I would never be three inches lower again and went for the most heavy duty frame I could find. Yes, the poundage it holds is impressive and probably overkill, but I am finally my husband's sleeping equal, and that's the thing I love the most. It is solid, went together quickly and you have plenty of room under it for storage or to clean.

Squeaky and too lightweight
To be fair, this frame was very easy to assemble and looks great. However, in under one month it has become very squeaky to the point that when one of us gets on or off the bed during the night, the other wakes up. Also, we have hard flooring (brand new 12" x 24" tile) and because the frame is too lightweight it moves around on the floor excessively. We push it flush to the wall before we go to sleep and in thee morning, it is often 4-6 inches away from the wall and/or not straight. Really disappointed...

Comfortable but not made correctly
When I received the frame the box was damaged on one corner. Luckily the metals legs were wrapped in bubble wrap. There were a few small scratches but nothing major. There was a wingnut missing from one of the screws on the leg. I have to replace that. Also, I was only able to put on 2 out of the 3 rectangular plates to connect the two sides of the frame to each other. The middle plate could not be attached because the holes weren't drilled on the correct side of the leg. This was not noticed until the end because that is one of the last steps. This was frustrating because now I will be forced to buy some type of glue to attach that plate which means if I want to move it I won't be able to take it apart and move it in two pieces. It will need to be moved as one piece. OTHER THAN THIS, the bed is nice and high off the ground. It is very sturdy. I only need my mattress, not a boxspring. It supports my mattress very well and I feel like I am sleeping on a more firm mattress. I enjoy the modern look of it.

Nice Platform Bed
Very sturdy and heavy duty, yet light enough to move around. The 'skeleton' appears like there was some thought put into it. Looks like it'll hold up pretty good, without 'giving' over time, which is a concern with platform beds when you're not a lightweight! Aesthetically pleasing headboard, and suits my decor. Pretty easy to put together. About 1.5 hours. (Minus 1 star because the box was beat up, and one wing nut was missing, which caused me to have to find one in my basement. Cost me 1/2 hour during build.) My wife loves it, as well.

I bought it and my husband and I LOVE it. It is what we were looking for ...
I bought it and my husband and I LOVE it. It is what we were looking for to sleep well. One problem with 1 of the welding holes for the screw; it was off. The screw hole did not line up. All other holes and welding was fine. I hope this doesn't lead to any future problems. OVERALL this frame supports our $3k mattress very well. So far it appears to be a solid bed! See photos. Most importantly, it was very simple to put together. As long as it holds up, I'll have no complaints.

Great
Only reason I gave 4 is without the head board it's half the price.Which seems bizarre that they make you pay double for a headboard.Other than that, it's very sturdy had all the parts and screws in it. You do need some basic tools to assemble it. It took me about 4 hours by myself to assemble it. Very sturdy!I reduced it to two after a few months because it makes noise
