Clarion Little Blue Truck

This is my favorite children's book. I buy it for every new baby shower and I hope it never goes out of print. The premise of the story is to treat others the way you would like to be treated but it is told so cleverly. I actually bought one for myself to have on hand to read to little visitors. You will love this story.

I enjoyed reading this book to my niece and bought it as a gift for a relative's baby shower. The book was delivered on time, but I didn't realize that the book wasn't cardboard. The only downside is that Baby might tear the pages when she gets older. Other than that, though, I'm pleased!

This is by far my 18month old's favorite book and we love reading it to her...again, and again and again...she loves saying Beep Beep and pointing out all of the animals throughout the story. I love how rhythmic it is and how easily it flows. I also love that the moral of the story is a good one for when she gets a bit older. If anyone has other books in line with this one that they can recommend we would love a few more favorites.

I read this book browsing aTarget book shelf. Bought 2 copies, all that were on the rack, to share with family great grandchildren. Couldn't find the book again & so typed an inquiry to Amazon. Within in minutes I found the copy I wanted . This story depicts how reaching out to those around us on an everyday basis makes a difference. Even the grumpy, pushy big Yellow truck learns no one came to help but the Little Blue Truck & he Became stuck himself. What transpires really hits home that together we all can make a difference.

Little Blue Truck = Absolute hit!! We purchased this book based on other reviews from Amazon readers without knowing much about the story. It quickly became our 2-year old's most favorite book- we read it at least 3 times daily. We enjoy the story as parents because it teaches a message of friendship and helping others and it's also fun to read with rhyming words and great rhythm- you can practically sing your way through the pages. The book also helped our child with animal sounds and participation as it is very easy to read/sing along. Great book for any age.
