How to download the APP?

1. Scan the QR code on the manual or controller to download. 2. Search for "Keepsmile" in Google Play or the Apple App Store.

Why is the LED strip not working after reconnecting?

It could be due to the connection points not making full contact. Please ensure that the four metal pins are fully connected.

Are there any additional accessories needed for installation?

No additional accessories are needed for installation, as the LED strip comes with adhesive backing, making it easy to apply to any clean, dry surface. Just peel off the backing and stick it in place!

What should I do if the remote isn’t working?

Make sure to remove the isolation pad, and point the remote at the infrared receiver on the controller when using it.

Can multiple strips be connected together, and if so, how?

The length of the LED strip can be cut and connected as needed, but we do not recommend connecting multiple strips together, as it may lead to insufficient voltage supply, affecting performance and causing the lights to not turn on.
