Second Order was Moldy
I loved this tea. I ordered it twice. The second time the bag smelled bad. I poured out the contents and found several green fuzy roots. it was moldy. Otherwise I love the flavor of this tea.I'm willing to give another chance, but very weary.

No info on the product
There is no info on how much product to steep with how much water.I posted the question here and received one answer to do 1-tablespoon of product to 8oz of water. After several trial and errors:-- 1 teaspoon per 8oz barley detectable> 2 teaspoons per 8oz is better but not great+ 3 teaspoons/1 tablespoon is a good amountNOTE: If you let this steep too long you'll get two side effects:1. bitter!2. tastes like wood chipsI'd steep for 8minutes then separate before drinking. Thus using a French Press and letting it sit for several hours between cups is just going to be a waste as the last cup or two will be undrinkable, in my opinion.I like licorice tea...it's actually one of my favorite from a major brand. No need for a sweetener in my opinion.OVERALL:If using one tablespoon (14grams) per 8oz and there are 150grams, then you should be able to squeak out 10-15 servings from this bag (hopefully I did my math right...I may not be smarter than a 5th grader). That is $0.60 per serving at the time of this writing. The average k-cup coffee is between $0.40-$0.45 per serving. The major tea brand of tea bags that I order is at most $0.20 per teabag.Yes, this is a more expensive option, but you are getting what is visually the obvious raw product, which I'd 'assume' has benefits over a processed, refined teabag version.I liked it but felt the manufacturer needed to seriously provide more information. No information means we have no idea where this was made, which is another loss of a star. Are they trying to hide something?

Bugs in the wood
Opened the package and found bugs crawling around the "tea". Does not smell like licorice root either.
