Mini Grater

I received the grater in about a week and it is just as I expected. It is small, but perfect for small grating jobs and spices. I can see using it for nutmeg, cinnamon, chocolate, and other small jobs that a big grater is just too much hassle to drag out and use. I just have to say it is also very cute!

My husband refused to use it because it was so small he was afraid he would accidently break it. Broke on 3rd use even though I was really careful. Cute and practical for grating cheese on your meal, but poorly made.

I know it says mini grater, but I did not imagine it was gonna be doll sized. Take that into consideration before ordering.

Do not buy this! It can only be used as a Christmas Tree ornament.

Item came bent. The item is made with cheap materials that bend easily.

Handy to use. Keeps my consumption of cheese down.

Please check the specs on this before purchase. I have a full size grater like this at home, which stands about 8-10 inches tall. So to me when I read mini, I figured it would be about 5-6 inches tall which may make it nice for smaller shredding jobs. However, when this arrived, I was surprised to find that it is under 2 inches tall. In fact, as soon as I opened it my boyfriend said “oh look, it’s a keychain”. I don’t know if the grater would be good to grate anything but spices like nutmeg or cinnamon, but even then it may prove very difficult. As the handle is only a few centimeters wide and it makes this very hard to hold. I do however, find this grater incredibly cute, but it is not worth the $6 unless you have a whole kitchen décor around graters, even then it may be pushing it.Reviewer's note: I received this product at a discounted price in order to provide my honest opinion of this product in regards to my experience with it. mini grater. I thought this was a joke but this thing is actually amazing when i want a quick ammount of cheese without using a big grater. Perfect for rubbing cheese and shredding over my morning eggsI am very satisfied with this product.Received for free or at a promotional price for testing and evaluation purposes.
