Great way to get consistent bread shape
I recently started making my own bread. I’m still new to it but I’ve tried some extremely wet dough and standard hydration dough and they both baked nicely. Didn’t stick and was easy to remove. Even when experimenting with some cheese bread, the cheese spilled out, but the dough didn’t stick at all to the pan. Nice and sturdy and well made and clean up is a breeze with the nonstick surface. Perfect size to make about a standard loaf of bread and you easily get that nice bread shape. Highly recommended.

Amazing but has cheap aspects.
These amazed me. I have been using another brand for years, but they needed replacing, as I bake a lot. My current pans required me to turn them over and hit them against the counter hard to have the loaf come out. It stuck a bit to the sides. Always did. But these new pans were different. I turned one over to remove the loaf, and when I was about to hit the pan against the counter, it just slid out! No force. No nudging. I did the same with the second loaf, and the same. I turned it over slightly, and the loaf just slid out. Now this is non-stick! One disappointment is all the things you need to remember what NOT to do. You have to treat them with kid gloves. No dishwasher tablets. It's OK to use the dishwasher, but they recommend you wash by hand. Don't let water sit in it overnight. Do not use over cleaners. Dry promptly after washing (like do not let air dry in a dish washing rack?). They tell you to treat them like prized possessions! They should have that printed or etched onto the ban, not on a paper that can get lost. Remember when clothing used to merely had a small piece of paper with detailed washing instructions that no one could remember because each piece of clothing had different instructions. Then product labeling became mandatory, and now you just look inside the collar, and the instructions are there, never to be lost or forgotten. So I feel this is really cheap having instructions that are just a piece of paper.. Another disappointment is the instruction sheet is stuck to the bottom with something like rubber cement, that will NOT come off the instructions. I always scan instructions for future reference., and I can't scan this because the sticky stuff will not come off, and my scanner feeds sheets, and sticks when it hits the sticky, bulgy rubber cement. Also, if you keep instructions sheets in a folder, they will stick to the next page, because the glue won't come off. What a shame. But so far it is a great pan as far as cooking goes, if you can remember all those caveats.

Terrific non-stick pans
Bought these pans in 2021; five years later, they are still turning out perfect loaves every time with no greasing of the pans. Wishing I could find a non-stick Bundt cake pan made by the same company but no luck so far.

These pans are amazing! (●Update)
I've been wanting new bread pans for such a long time. I have a few other Farberware kitchen utensils that I really like & they have lasted a long time, so I decided to try their pans. I'm so glad I did... they are beautiful pans. They are very thick, heavy & very well made. The finish on them is 'very' nice. The size is what I am use to, for a normal size loaf of bread, so glad of that. I CAN'T foresee any part of them that would rust unless they are severely damaged in some way. They are stackable too. I just really like them. I'm going to buy another pair. Can't wait for pumpkin bread! ☺ (*10 days or so later.... I bought a 2nd set!) ●UPDATE● I made 4 loaves of Pumpkin Bread in them... and omg they baked them so nice and they turned out to be so pretty. ☺ Cleaning them was an absolute dream.... I wiped all the flour & grease off with a paper towel, then washed them in warm soapy water. And Wa La! Easy peasy!

Very non stick
Fabulous non stick pans... Don't even need spray! Rinse right out.

Great pans, but I don't like tapered loaves
I have other Faberware pans of this material and am very pleased with them. They are lightweight but very sturdy; nothing sticks to them, so they are extremely easy to clean; and the price is great. The issue I had with the loaf pans (and the reason that I returned them) is that they taper. They are much wider at the top than at the bottom so your bread loaves or meat loaf don’t come out in a nice rectangle. I prefer a straight-sided pan for loaves and did not notice how much they angled until I received them. While slanted sides make for easier storage, they don't make for a very attractive loaf, nor do they bake as evenly as straight side pans.

Worth it.
My favorite loaf pans. Quality, nonstick and exactly what I ordered. Nice price too.

Pleased with the pans
Nice heavy-weight pans. When I bake bread, I always put 2 pans together so it become more of an air-bake type of pan. These did a very good job.

I use these pans as a “Poor Man’s Dutch Oven” to make no knead breads. They work perfectly alone or attached with binder clips to insure the dough is moist as it bakes. The pans are very sturdy and wipe up with a damp cloth. They will be used only for bread so can’t account for clean up of other baked goods. I imagine they will do well as they are top quality Farberware non-stick. Also, slightly larger capacity than a regular meat loaf pan.

I have been using them for a while. They are still as new and I always get great results with them. If you like to make bread, this is a great investment at a very affordable price.

Best for baking bread. Never sticks and the loaf just falls out of the pan. Highly recommended!

Very pleased with the quality and the fact that it is true to the 9x5 size it claims to be. Another name brand I purchased for more money tapers down at the base of the pan and ends up being less than 5" wide.
