Great book, makes journaling more fun.

I bought this book for a class Im taking only to find out that I didn't need it. So I sold it to a classmate. Everyone in the class that needed it says they are having a great time doing all the activities in it... so from me, this is second-hand information I am giving. I gave it 5 stars because EVERYONE says it fun. Get one for yourself......

a perfect gift - even for yourself.The Journal always sparks creativity and calms me down when I am stressed of life. I own my Journal since 2015 and during the first few years I followed the rules most of the time. Now I just use the instructions as vague ideas or try to interpret them in the most absurd ways. Or I just have fun with it.
