I take this before every meal to acidify my stomach. I started to test the theory of my stomach not producing enough acid by drinking the regular ACV with the mother. But after a few meals of seeing significant help with my IBS-C with ACV, I just switched right to pills instead because of the volume I knew I’d need. I take these, up to 6 per meal right now, about 10-20 minutes before every meal, and due to the rest of my digestive issues I follow my meal with Dr Berg’s Gallbladder support pill, and I’ve had such HUGE changes in my digestion that I’m so incredibly grateful for the blessing of these supplements. I only wish I knew 20 years ago when I was diagnosed, what I’m learning now. Crazy simple that I could’ve had so many problems thanks to too LITTLE acid in my stomach. I found so much helpful info at Dr Eric Bergs YouTube channel, on this and many other health deficiencies and topics, so if you suffer digestive issues, definitely check that out. Worth noting, other than cutting back some sugar and adding in more potassium rich foods I’ve left my diet alone as I’m not interested in any specific diets, just health. And these pills are making GREAT strides in helping me find some health again. They’re a piece of cake to swallow for me, I have zero complaints. Though I will say that I do find that when I buy these same pills at my local health food store they seem more potent. I don’t know that there’s any actual difference in effect necessarily, but I did want to note that. I’ve gotten them half the time here and half at my local store and they always help.

I have been promoting apple cider vinegar (ACV) to people, by the dozons. It has worked on my cousin , for acne. Helped keep a friend's diabetes under control. Helps with cramps. I began taking ACV On a 2x a day bases, after having surgery to remove fibroids; 4 years i ago. I had gained 10 pounds and for the first time in my life I had high colestoral. One of the fibroids, the surgeon removed weighted about 41/2 pounds. I was told by several OBGYN doctors the condition would come back and my best bet was a hysterectomy, at 38 yrs. old, that was not a route I wanted to take. I remember reading an old book saying apple cider vinegar was a cure for many things. I said , why not. 3 1/2 years later , I have minimal pain, during my monthly, and my pelvic sonograms have not shown any major fibroids. I know , it's impossible to believe. My family and friends have gotten so annoyed with me asking/answering," do you know what's good for that? I finally made my 75 year old dad a belieber, after I told him , ACV kills weeds that grow in the backyard. I demonstrated . 2 days later the weeds were dead, by the root. Look, if you don't try it, and use as directed, you will never know. Hey, if it can get rid of: acne, indigestion, help with menstrual cramps , kill weeds and great for cleaning, it's worth a try. I stopped drinking the ACV because I read it can scrap the enamel off your teeth and burn your throat. I take the capsules orally, It's worth a shot, or capsule ( HA)!

حلو مره اول ماتصحين من النوم حبه او حبتين لاحظت اول اسبوع يسبب لي جوع وشهيتى مفتوحه بس امسك نفسي. مابي وزنى يزيد بس ترا اخر اليوم يسبب مغص فصرت يوم اخذه ويوم لا لانه ينظف البطن وحبيته انه حل لي مشكله الامساك بس للحين ماتغير شي بالوزن ثابت واخاف ازود الجرعه وانا ماتحمل المغص 🥹
