Sticker Dolly Dressing Around the World

I bought this book to assist with a display we were doing at my afterschool facility, celebrating cultures from around the world. Its beautiful. Lots of stickers and pictures. My only gripe is that the UK are not included in this book, not even good old fashioned pearly kings and Queens, Scottish dress or Morris dancers. But it is a lovely book and the children loved using it.

These sticker dolly dressing books are a firm favourite of my daughters and she has had many of them - a couple she's had twice and still enjoyed them. This Around the World version is a new one and we just received it. My daughter is 5 and recently started school where they are studying different places around the world at the moment so she was beyond excited to see the national dress of various countries in this book and plans to take it, once completed, into school for "show and tell".I can not recommend this book highly enough for children who enjoy this series or sticker books. For the price, it provides several hours of enjoyment and that alone is pretty hard to beat. Great at home, during a rainy day or on the road travelling, this is a great purchase.

Put simply, my daughter really loved the sticker book! She spent most of Christmas Day putting the stickers in and having a fun time. A simple product but it went down well.

My granddaughter enjoys learning about different countries and this kept her very interested.

My 4 year old thoroughly enjoyed completing this book and dressing the different people. When i first recieved this book i thought it would not take long to finish but with the discussion it started this proved not to be an issue. The small paragraph of text gave clues to what the characters would be wearing and why (e.g. a wedding or festival). After dressing the characters you have to stick a sticker on a world map in the back of the book. This also gave us chance to talk about different countries. My daughter loved this book and even sat by the pool on holiday sticking in the stickers. I would recommend.
