The Croods: A New Age - Blu-ray + DVD + Digital

Found that it was very inappropriate. The romance between the teenagers was to much . I am all for strong women but not at the expense of the dignity and character of men. All the men became spineless. Diffentily not what we want our boys believing about themselves .

I’ll start by saying The Croods (1st movie) is a family favorite. For The Croods 2, the storytelling wasn’t good at all. Out of 6 people watching it (ages 6-75), not a single one of us wanted to finish watching it. It was a big disappointment to say the least. Guy was unlikeable half of the movie. The new age people were WAY too modern acting. The romance was a little over the top with Eep and Guy in the beginning. There were lots of almost psychedelic like parts in the movie, with the characters acting really weird. At some points they were acting as if they were drunk or on drugs. The storyline continued to go downhill throughout the movie. At about 1/2 or 3/4 through, my 6 year old, who LOVES Croods 1, got up and declared he wasn’t going to keep watching this movie. And his 7 and 11 year old cousins got up and followed him out. Wouldn’t recommend it all, unless your curiously gets the best of you and you want to see for yourself how crappy it was.

This was even better than the first movie. Highly recommend. Tons of laughs for adults and kids of all ages.

The Croods family adventure gets even bigger with amazing new vistas. The heart and humor of the first Croods is here, enhanced with new parenting and relationships issues that are relatable.

Great movie! We were expecting this one not to be as good as the first one (as it usually happens) but Croods 2 DID NOT disappoint!

Very good movie. As I mentioned before, there are inconsistencies like Grug had come across bananas in the first movie (and didn't obsess over eating them) along with Sandy had said Dada as her first word in the first movie... so another inconsistency there. Also, they left out the second deathcat ride that was in the end of the first movie and they returned Ugga's hair to pre-end of movie state. My guess is they didn't watch the first movie again before making the second one. That said and out of the way, I still enjoyed it.

Such a great movie! Our family had been forever waiting for the sequel to be early released!!! We love the first movie so much I promised my son (9yr) and daughter (4yr) we would get it as soon as it came out! We watched it today and we all couldn’t keep our eyes off it! Funny, colorful, and adventurous!

This movie was watched 4 times in the short weekend we had it. It was worth the 20 bucks for us but SPOILER......it seems to have a few inappropriate parts. I could have done without the kissing stuff in the cartoon. It does have some cute connections and it was a strange portrayal of gran but it was a good movie.

Great movie! Except the fact that the digital copy code doesn’t work in Canada, which sucks as I was wanting to add it to my digital library.
