Don’t bother
Pos. Won’t stick to the ground, was going to return and get my money back but it’s not worth the hassle of looking at a product that doesn’t work how it’s supposed to even with its sticky attachment. Just buy some weights and use that to hold you down.

Good Product! U have to clean the suction pads often as soon as a litle dust gets in they won't stick to the Floor Very Strong BUT It will stick to the Floor only for 1 hour..Then U have to clean it again!

Strong suction.
This works just like it says. Make SURE you clean your floor before putting this down. The strength in the suction cups is amazing. Its JUST what I was looking for to put in a home gym. Zero buyers remorse. Love it!!♥️💪💯

Sit up assistance is awesome
Practical, strong, and helpful. I enjoy using this mechanism, however, the little tabs on the side keep falling out. The size is compact, it can be stored in relatively small spaces. It’s easy to assemble.

Performed as promoted
The first device that I ordered had virtually no suction. This device, however, worked so well that I didn't need to apply the plastic film to my floor. I was able to perform alternating leg lifts to 90 degrees and 180 degrees, as well as using it as a stop for my feet while rowing using a resistance band. I couldn't be happier with the product; especially the price! This one is a WINNER!

For ants or small people
I'm disappointed. By the pictures it looks like it's adequate size . It came in a tiny box with no shipping protection as almost all Amazon products do . The quality of the parts are not going to last probably with use. If I can even use it. It's so small my legs don't fit . It's okay for my daughter who's 14 but this is advertised for adults . They should have made this more robust and bigger for men to use
