NOW Foods Organic Eucalyptus Oil's suggested use is for aromatherapy; but I have another use in mind.In the summer, no matter what we do, we manage to get some mosquitoes inside...and the females are not happy until they get a share of my blood! I can't stand to hear the whine around my ears when I'm trying to fall asleep. Sometimes I just wish they'd bite and get it over with.I do not like to use any chemical insect killers or repellants. We have polluted our planet enough with these sprays. I did some research online and found that mosquitoes will be confused by the smell of Eucalyptus Oil. So I decided to try it out.The oil is 100% pure and USDA certified organic and comes in a 1 oz. bottle which should last a long, long time. It's so concentrated that you only need a dab to spread on your arms or your face (keep out of your eyes). The mosquitoes definitely can't find me now! Their receptors are confused by the smell of the oil.Caution: You really don't need to use much at all. If you use too much, it's apt to give you a headache. Make sure you read the cautions on the bottle before use. If you're into aromatherapy, the scent is a sharp, clean camphor fragrance. There are aromatherapy instructions on the bottle.Whether you're bothered by mosquitoes or you want to try a new invigorating oil, I think you'll be pleased with your selection.

I use a few drops in home-made mouthwash. It's steam distilled and antibacterial. Keeps the breath fresh.

Since this item came in a 2-pack it was a great value for the ounce. I've seen natural oils go for over $10-15/ounce and this was under $5. I bought an unscented Eucaplyptus oil cream to mix it with for sore muscles. I was able to mix this oil with the natural cream to use to work into muscles for a massage. Doesn't have an overly powerful scent and didn't have that menthol Vick's vapor rub fell. Much more tame option. You can also use this in bathwater or as a vapor rub similar to Vicks.

It was packed with care and understanding that the bottle is glass.The product is excellent. I purchased it to add to my homemade cleaning products. For me, it's great.

I primarily use this oil for adding to hot or boiling water while my daughter is in the tub if she has a cold. I let the bathroom get steamy and add this to the sink while she soaks in the bath. Sometimes I hold the bottle under her nose and tell her to sniff it a couple of times and it helps her a lot. She is only 3 years old and cannot take regular cold medicine yet because she is too little. There are very few safe remedies she can try.Also she has a VapoRaz bear which uses pads soaked in eucalyptus oil to diffuse the scent. They stay locked in a little plastic bear that clips to a child's clothing. I clip it to her pillow while she sleeps to help her breathe through the night. Instead of buying expensive refills, I use this oil to "recharge" the dried out pads by soaking them in the oil for a while.I'm very happy with this brand of oil, the price, and how it is shipped to me through Amazon.
