Walden Farms Thousand Island Dressing

Got it today, excellent packing, by the way. The only less than great thing is the lack of small chunkies. The texture is very good. The flavor is also very good. I don't really get the few poor ratings, to be honest. I'm a D2 diabetic. I like salad dressings, including sweet ones. I have not been able to find a good sweet dressing, such as Russian, French, Thousand Islands or Balsamic Vinegar that is not way too high in sugar. This hit the spot. I am seriously looking forward to a giant leafy green salad with a few table spoons of this dressing! I'm not rating this for traveling. Not planning to take it anywhere. If I was, though, the sleeve this is shipped in is excellent protection.

Very disappointed. Does not taste like thousand island at all.

The Walden Farms Thousand Island dressing has the great combination of delicious taste and no calories. I enjoyed it for many years but then couldn't find it in stores, Recently, I found it on Amazon and purchased the pack of 2. One bottle came broken at the bottom that created a mess when I unwrapped it. I just ordered 3 individual bottles. One bottle came cracked at the bottom and spilled all over when I unwrapped it. I'm surprised that these bottles come cracked since they are well wrapped in bubble-wrap and are individually packed tightly in a box -- perhaps too tight! I have now found the product in a supermarket and I will purchase the product there in the future, since broken bottles seems to be a problem when purchasing it from Amazon,.

Tastes ok on a burger but as a dressing, it is so vinegar based that it kind of burns my mouth a little. 3 stars for the effort though
