Why Is this range 44 inches high and is it only 120 volt

We asked the Manufacturer and they replied: "It is 220v, we do not make a range that is 120v." They did not answer why is it only 44 inches high.

Is this a 40" electric range?

Yes it is 40” but not made very well. Returned it and got a Whirlpool 30”. They don’t make many 40” anymore. 30” sounds small but in mother’s kitchen it works great.

What is NOT included?

The unit does not come with a power cord. You can easily find many types and lengths of power cords on Amazon. https://amazon.com/s?k=Electric+Range+Power+Cord&ref=nb_sb_noss_2 We suggest you talk to your Electrician to pick the appropriate cord.
