Great, just some feedback for Prong (and a moderate annoyance @ Amazon!)
Quite happy with this case! Prong's got it down with the hybrid style of this case. A couple things that could be improved that I've noticed with just one day's use:-The power button on the bottom has a few issues: -- It's quite easy to bump with your pinky, at least with how I hold the phone, as this case does add some (nice) heft. -- The plastic nature of the button itself rattles annoyingly whenever the phone vibrates, perhaps a silicon-esque button could replace this, or move the button to the back -- Again, easy to accidentally start charging; a preferred method of turning on the external battery would be a held input rather than just tapping the button- The clear version I got is quite slick, definitely has a neat/different aesthetic. My two gripes with this are that it has a somewhat slippery finish to the plastic, and that the opposite facing LED shines through the PCB and shows up a green light, which was a bit confusing. Not a huge deal!- The bumper itself is also great, but the back clear plate could have a less "square" or sharp fall off into the section that shows the top of your iPhone's rear. Also, the buttons on the side could use some sort of tactile touch. It's a bit hard to tell where the power button is unless you've got it down to muscle memory/are looking at the device's bumper. The same goes for the volume rocker, and the silent switch is a bit difficult to get to, the opening could also do with less sharp edges!@Amazon: I purchased this on Tuesday with Prime shipping and checked the page Thursday for updates on the shipment. The case was on sale for 20% off, which isn't all too little of a deal with a premium case like this. I called customer support and they said they can't honor the sale; their suggestion was that I return the case and rebuy it at the lower price. I understand how the Amazon market works and all but this is a bit crazy! TO ANY THAT MISS THE SALE, PRONG OFFERS 15% OFF FIRST PURCHASE IF YOU SIGN UP FOR THEIR NEWSLETTER!All in all, a great case and I look forward to future improvements!

good while it worked
This case was great and very convenient. You can use the phone with or without the extra battery as they simply slide apart. I enjoyed the options of charging my phone; Apple plug, micro USB or Standard wall plug. It even worked to charge my friends phones by simply putting their phone in the battery. The case lasted just over 1 year. I looked to purchase a replacement but it now seems that the company has gone under. Prong.com is no longer on the web. Will look for another option. 3 rating because it only lasted a year before it died completely otherwise i would have give it a 4. It does add a little weight and bulk to the phone.

Good battery pack
It works great. I find it’s better to charge battery pack at night by itself. Works well all day. It does make the phone heavier but that does not bother me. The only thing is I wished I’d known it was made in China. I would have searched more for a made in US brand. But will be ok fir now.

Love the case but it died .
I have had 2. The first for my 5s it was great always worked no extra battery. Then I got the 6s. And had to get the one with the external battery. Within a month it died. I called customer service. They sent a new one apologized and asked if I would send the bad one back so they could look at it. They never sent the return information. So I never sent it back. Now a year later 2nd one died I will call customer service I. The morning as they have been great in past. I really loved the case. When I traveled I never had to bring cords. I was always showing off the case. I hope I get this resolved.

If Only the Darn Thing Worked...
The Prong is nice looking & great for protecting my phone, BUT...I bought it less than 3 month ago & now it won’t charge my phone. The first photo shows that the Prong is fully charged. The second photo is with the Prong connected to my phone, no electric bolt means it’s not charging. I’m peeved because aside from the fact that it doesn’t work, I really like it.

DON'T BUY.
The battery pack stopped connecting to the phone after 1 month of having it. Therefore, I was unable to use it to charge the phone. This was also after I already returned the first one that did not work at all from the very beginning. I love the concept, but it just doesn't work. I never like to write bad reviews, but now I am out $100 after having an item for 5 weeks and I cannot return it. DON'T BUY THIS ITEM.

The case and the charger work great. However, within about a month of using this, the case (not the battery part) absorbs the color of my pant pockets and turn dirty red/purple. Customer service sent me a new inner case, free of charge.

This is a really intelligently designed battery case
This is a really intelligently designed battery case. I love the ease with which you can use it. Even better, I had an issue with the first one I received, and Prong replaced the product immediately. Anyone can have a product that fails for some reason; what separates the good from the great is how the vendor responds. Prong made it right, and did it right away. No rigamarole, no bs, just made it right!

Convenience, quality and power!
This case is exactly as advertised. The capacity is great and the inner case is small but protects the phone well. Being able to charge anywhere without having to bring cables is a life saver at times. The phone and case stand securely when plugged in and the folding plug is made very well. I would recommend this product for anyone looking for a battery case.
