Have been taking as directed and am actually losing weight. No special diet or exercise just a few pounds. Have been using since beginning of May and have lost around 10 pounds. Really easy.

Sleeping much better!!! My craving for sweets has been cut more than half, which is why I personally purchase this product. I am very happy and will order it again.

I love this product, it really helps to keep my mind calm so that I can fall asleep at night and I feel energized all day long.

This supplement doesn't work well for me. I'm not sure if it's this particular formula but it gives me a feeling of uneasiness and nausea.

Has worked very well to help me sleep and get up in the morning as I am trying to get off some other meds.

I believe these tablets are working, but hard to tell in short term. I have had no side effects or odd feeling when taking. Will continue to take them for awhile longer to make a better judgement call on these.
