This product was sent from an unauthorized Hairmax dealer. My product broke after 3 months (past the return time) and neither Hairmax or Amazon will do anything to help with the situation. I understand Hairmax since they have nothing to do with the supposed manufacturer which , turns out, is Marquee Hospitality and has nothing to do with this electric product. I rely on Amazon to back their sales and am a valuedcustomer . I am happy to return this piece of junk product or I should at least receive a refund for this scam purchase initiated by supposedly reputable Amazon. Waiting for a response from Amazon.

It worked great but stopped working only 14 months after using it and the warranty is only for a year. They offered us a discount to buy a new one which is basically more than or about as much as I paid for the original. It was a technical issue and not even a user issue.

I’m happy I bought this! It’s comfortable and easy to use. After a short time, I’m very impressed! My hair loss has stopped! I’m looking forward to seeing more results the more time I have to use the cap.

Really love this hat, I am only giving 3 stars because the hat quit working almost exactly 1 year after purchasing which is coincidentally when the warranty expires, I think for the price, I would expect it to work for a longer period of time. It does work, my husband and I both used it for a year and saw results within a few weeks. My hairdresser asked what I was using, she was shocked. My husband and I are in our 50's and 60's and hair definitely gets thinner as we age.
