As someone who spends most of his day arching forward to work, my posture is HORRIBLE, and I can regularly feel the strain from my back to neck. The Active Posture is not only helping to straighten my posture, it is also helping me stretch areas of my neck and upper back that I wouldn’t have been able to without it. It is fun, easy, and super convenient! The first thing I noticed when I unboxed the product, was what seemed to be the attention to detail and quality of each individual part. All the parts were neatly packaged, with the instructions clearly placed. For those who are a bit overwhelmed by the amount of exercises on the instructions (as I was), just follow the link to the instructional video! You’ll feel the same relief. The first time I laid my head back into the sling, I immediately knew that I got my money’s worth. What makes it so convenient too is that all you need is a closable door to use this product. Just place the (Make sure the door is closed and locked so you don’t risk the sling slipping) You can also use the different tension bands for other types of full body workouts. So not only does this product get the entirety of the job done, it can do even do MORE than what it was made for. Be sure to use it regularly to see the best results possible.

So I bought this product because of the active posture corrector . It's a really cool item to incorporate in between sets of shoulder or upper back exercise. On top of the recovery exercises available you can also dostrengthining exercise for your neck that you don't get to do with other fitness band kits but so far they seem very reliable and durable.

Slight difficulty getting attached to door. Tension bands and attachments easy to use and very functional!!

I ordered the Core Prodigy Active Posture after being diagnosed with a frozen shoulder. After numerous feedback from doctors, chiropractors, and physical therapists I realized my posture was the primary culprit.After unboxing Active Posture the first thing I noticed is the attention to detail with the strong cross stitching on the head harness where the bands clip. Additionally the build of the door anchors using cross stitching for strength and foam to prevent damage to the door gives me confidence that I won’t cause any damage while getting an extreme workout.This product is easy to set up and the included instructions and online video were outstanding and enabled me to get going right away.While I have only been using this product for a month I have started to notice decreased pain in my neck and shoulder. In this day and age where most of us are looking down at our cell phones, the Active Posture is the perfect tool to help with posture issues.

This item has missing parts so I will have to return and get a refund. I’m going to shop around a bit more because the core prodigy isn’t the same as the video. It’s a bit cheaper looking once you get it. It will do the job, but if I go to Home Depot and Big five I might be able to make my own and YouTube the exercises for about same price.

There were no instructions included. The picture shows them but they weren't there! This item is useless if I don't know how to use it.

Elastic tubes were very weak in working the back and neck muscles. A stronger elastic would have been more beneficial. The black elastic tube was stronger but after a few weeks, the tube became too easy to stretch. Did not do what I required. I hope this helps you in deciding your purchase.

I had a car accident before that caused my neck had a whip splash. I went to spinal rehab for months, but my neck is still not recovered. The only thing I do at spinal rehab is using their exercise machine to help the neck to get the strength back. Since the time does not fit my schedule anymore, so I stopped going there. I know I need to continue doing exercise for the neck, but I have no space and no equipment for any of the exercise. I was really happy when I saw this product. The motion showed on the photo was exactly the same as I did at the spinal rehab. I had neck pain for a month since I stopped going to the spinal rehab, and today I tried with this equipment, my neck started to feel relief and the pain is reducing. I'm so glad someone invented this product. My neck have hope now!
