All naturally produced glycerin is retained in the final product. This is cold-process soap.

What is the percentage of lye in this soap?

There is no lye in the final product. It is used up in the soapmaking process.

anyone try this on stains? I use my grandmas's lye soap both for my body and for removing stubborn organic stains from laundry, this is cheaper

This is not the same as Grandma's lye soap. The lard base is what works on the oil stains. I use the stain bar as well. All soap is lye soap. This is just another coconut oil soap in different packaging.

Are the ingredients just lard, coconut oil, and lye?

Yes. And it smells just like the lard soap my grandmother used to make.
