Pretty darn awesome.
I'm pretty darn picky when it comes to honey and do not cut corners when it comes to this stuff. I recently thought I'd try this (and the orange blossom honey) as I had heard some good things about it from some friends. As a guy who has had many types of honey from around the world (I grew up on the Mediterranean coast where honey from bees which pollinated oregano / basil was common), this is hands-down the BEST honey that I've had in as far back as I can remember. There is a very unique and distinct taste to this which I suspect comes from the fairly exotic pollen sources found within it. You won't find this kinda taste at the supermarket or Whole Foods-esque kinda place. The Volcano Honey has an evenly balanced initial and after taste as well as a pretty amazing texture--and not the usual "grittiness" that you'd fine with similar honey. Highly recommended and a solid 5 stars.
