This unique dual strapped backpack enables a patient to be quite active while still being mobile with their oxygen supply system. The bag is double padded in the rear to minimize the pressure from the cylinder against the back. Using a standard regulator or a conserving device, the entire oxygen system is concealed within the confines of the bag. The only piece of equipment which is visible is the cannula tubing which exits the bag through a small grommet, travels under the patient’s arm, and rests over the patient’s ears. This bag is constructed of washable, heavy-duty denier, has padded shoulder straps with sternum strap, has large easy-grab zipper pulls, an embroidered carrying handle for easy pick up, an outside stuff cord, and a large zippered pocket. This bag can accommodate MD medical cylinders.

Perfect for keeping tanks out of the way
Second one I’ve bought for my Dad, it’s perfect for him to keep his tank out of the way while doing yard work, cutting down trees or hanging out in his work shop

able to stay active while needing oxygen
I was able to keep on playing tennis, and shopping, etc without being slowed down pulling a tank. I own 7 identical tanks/backpacks which my friends help me change out when i run out because a tank only lasts me about 25 minutes on 15 L. It has replaced my shopper purse that I sling over my shoulder wherever I go.

Don't buy it
The reviews I read said the straps tore off or lose...... And they do, I still use it but looks like it's an old hand me down, not a six month old bag.

I have had this backpack for only about 2 months ...
I have had this backpack for only about 2 months -- not long after I started using it the straps began to pull away and fray -- now one is fully detached and the other still hanging on with a few threads.

Didn’t last over 10 days. There was no way to keep oxygen cylinder in bag.
Warning: Do Not Purchase !I have two pictures I borrowed from the description. The first one showing the bag wide open. This is how the bag stayed. There’s nothing to hold the bag together at the top. The zippers are so cheap too. One broke about an hour ago. As I was saying there is nothing to hold the cylinder in the bag, while your putting on the back pack it just opens and out comes the cylinder. Luckily I saw this, and caught it. How dangerously is this. So as see in the second picture I pulled the elastic string together ,and threaded it thru the loops on zipper and grab handle on other half of bag and just rigged it.THE PURCHASE I DON'T BLAME ANYBODY BUT MYSELF, didn’t have Amazon written anywhere, meaning Prime , so I had to pay for shipping myself. The thing was I just started having to carry oxygen in the size MD. Had about 7 blood clots show up 10/3/18 and doctor moved me up. Before the clots , I purchased several bags , different sizes that were awesome. What I’m trying to tell you I had no choice to purchase bag because I was in hurry. I was using regular back pack from L.L. Bean, but the bag wasn’t made for cylinder so it was uncomfortable and clumsy. This was the only bag on the site I could find. I did do a warranty, I will return for refund. No since in getting another one. You can’t fix A stupid bag. So lesson learned. I went outside the circle. Will not do it again. I paid an unbelievable 33.00 , including tax and shipping, received July 4th or 5th 2019. It’s the 20th now 15 days later to destruction. What a piece of junk. The supplier of oxygen must have gotten their bag from same company,it was worthless too. I took very good care of the thing. Please trust me Do Not Buy.
