This book is ok and helped me pass but take it with a pinch of salt. It's very misleading in advertising itself as using useful revision techniques. The only parts which are useful is the credit details which are exactly the same as the free online descriptions on the Leed website. The only advantage is this book is convinient as a flick through reference if your on the go. As for a unique revision strategy guidance, it's a complete lie and a bit of a con. It's also outdated a bit.

I just passed the LEED AP v4 BD&C exam and this was pretty much the only study material I used. I never studied the actual reference manual at all...just this book. That being said, you definitely need to know EVERYTHING in here though. After feeling I had a solid grasp on the material, I took the exam and passed with a 176...so it was CLOSE!!! Definitely a solid place to start...but it is up to you if you require additional materials.

Studied off this book for 2 months. Passed the exam today. This book is really all you need. Don't get discouraged by all the "memorizing" he tells you to do. I didn't spend much time trying to memorize the information, just read the book at least 3 times.If you're going to buy practice exams, use a website like gbes. I bought the mock exam book, but the questions were not that close to the actual exam.

A total waste of money and a sham. No wonder the author is so prolific on so many topics. The book is a mere copy of the LEED Reference Guide. Save your money and spend it on the reference guide instead, which is much more complete.
