What size mounting plates come with this package?

The mounting plate's size should not matter unless you have an obstruction on the vertical wall ... its ~ 2" x 15/16".

Has others had issues with the vertical adjustment screw? I cannot get it to move at all.

The vertical adjustment is the mounting screws on the cabinet side of the hinge.

What is the minimum overlay for this hinge and plate? Will they work with 1/4” overlay?
