This is the second one I have ordered, within 2 days . The volume buttons, do not work. Everything else, seems to be working. I have ordered from another company.

Perfect sky remote works great and good price

The buttons on this are almost too responsive. They need to be pressed for just a millisecond or else they move through several choices in one go. But it’s a much cheaper option than the real thing so not a bad choice. Aligning it with my TV worked quite well although it doesn’t turn the tv off when I turn the Sky off

simple setup works as expected

Worked to change channels but would not tune into the TV (Samsung) so I could not change the volume. Rang Sky and they sent me a FREE replacement that worked perfect.
